I got a pair of black fabric gloves that are supposed to help keep moisture in at night and they also nearly stop my itching. I say nearly, because if I have still been, I no longer break skin or notice any irritation as long as I sleep with them on. I'm not taking about the disposable cotton kind, but the more durable gloves. I've had mine for 2yrs now. My eczema is so bad that I am legally disabled. I cant use topical's cause that causes it to spread. I cant do anything that causes me to sweat cause then my skin goes into an itching fit. before these last few years I was able to take prednisone and it would be miner for a few months, now once I tapered off pred, it just comes back the next day. the only thing I'm able to moisturize with is aquaphor and that still doesn't keep my skin from scaling. I heard it all my life "Just don't scratch" FUCK YOU!! Just stop breathing! do to my condition I also suffer from social anxiety. any type of anxiety causes a fit. some time the rashes get so bad and painful I can't even move. What kinda helps me from scratching my neck at night is wearing a scarf, it also helps me during the day. I've tried every remedy that has been put on the net, nothing has worked for me. all my life I've been told and promised that I'll grow out of it.... I'm 31 now and it's worst then it has ever been. now I'm at the point where I'm addicted to benadryl I take 6 of them at a time 4 times a day it's really been the only thing that helps a bit.I always end up in argent care due to infections, and every time I set up an app for the dermatologist. I have to wait 6 months. some times I think. Those fuckers probably have a cure for this. it's just more profitable to sell remedy meds. having this rally sucked growing up. I was always called the alligator boy, never really had friends, so I spend allot of time drawing or sculpting.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1063416407663011642.post-32620044976116615312017-07-16T14:12:43.955-07:002017-07-16T14:12:43.955-07:00It makes me mad when people post crap like this. I just rub a little on before I have my hands in dishwasher and after I am done and the Eczema seems to be gone. However if I don't do this the Eczema comes back. Use as I say and you won't know you have Eczema. This works great on other itches also. Experiment with it. It doesn't take much to put on to be effective. The only thing that helped was when my family escaped to FLorida on vacation in winter. Sun and humidity works wonders. Then I moved to the Caribbean and never had a bout of eczema! Since have returned to northeast (why?!?) and this past winter was/is the worst for me. Even though it wasn't a particularly harsh winter here. I went back to the Caribbean for vacation in March and it cleared up, only to return with a vengence upon return. I have tried everything from gallons of coconut oil, cornstarch with tea tree oil, salt water (all topically), fish oil and other vitamin supplements, cortisone cream and a combination antibiotic/cortisone cream. I gave up red wine and sugar. Nothing works! I sleep with gardening gloves on, which help because they are hard to remove in your sleep. I think I just need to move back to the tropics. Heat is good, and I agree with the ones who use very hot water to relieve the itch. It really does feel orgasmic in relief! I make my own mixture of baby oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil. I mix it up in a small jar which holds 1.7 oz, or 50 ml, like a small empty face cream jar. I use the dropper bottles of the essential oils. I use about 50-55 drops of peppermint oil, 45 drops of tea tree oil and 40 drops of eucalyptus oil, and the rest is baby oil. You cannot use the oils alone by themselves, because they are so strong and will burn your skin. Shake this up. I soak a large cotton ball in the mixture, and either put it in a small plastic bag which I can carry around with me, or at night, I put the cotton ball in a small glass dish, and put that right next to my bed on the nightstand. When I wake up at night with itching, I ran rub the oil mixture on it. This calms the itch for quite a while for me. It doesn't sting and it feels cool and soothing. It feels like Sarna lotion, but is a little more intense and a lot cheaper. You can even put it in your purse with the plastic bag, if you need it at work. There are lots of tea tree oils, and some of them smell overwhelming. So I found that the AuraCacia oils work well and their tea tree oil is mild. Of course, don't use this if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. You will smell like a peppermint patty for a little while until it dries. But if it helps, who cares.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1063416407663011642.post-13539670154140862972016-01-24T01:58:26.416-08:002016-01-24T01:58:26.416-08:00Have you been tested for yeast overgrowth? I went on the AIP diet, and had good results for awhile, but I am back to a severe outbreak again and am back on the AIP. I am also researching about psychological and emotional aspects of the itch and how to reprogram my ways of thinking and try better self control. A few weeks ago, my baby was having terrible breakouts and it was the worse I have ever seen it. His entire little body was covered with redhot circles. Even his neck was breaking out, something I had never seen before. He was scratching like crazy as you can only imagine. I tried everything and sadly nothing was working. The doctor recommended the lotion Eucerin for his eczema, but I have to say, it was no different than any other lotion. I didn't help at all. I came across a lotion that a friend told me about. It is made with only the best natural ingredients out there today. I applied it all over my baby's body and put him down for the night. In the morning, when he woke up, I changed his diaper like I normally do. That's when I saw that his skin had begun the healing process. He was no longer itching and his red open sores we're starting to dry up. This lotion was a miracle that I was praying for days.

The best part of all is that it is made with non toxic natural ingredients, it’s way cheaper than Eucerin or any other lotion you can buy at the store, and it moisturizes 8 times better than anything out there. So, I can afford to use this lotion as an everyday moisturizer so that my little one never has to go thru that at all.

If you want to hear more about this all natural lotion that worked like a miracle please e-mail me and I can tell you all about it. I guarantee that you will never buy another lotion in your life, because I know for sure I wont. I know that this lotion will help you just as it helped my baby heal and stop scratching for good. It is a sold company that has been around for over 30 years and has excellent reviews.

My e-mail address is jasmin727@hotmail.com
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1063416407663011642.post-45669375584215980492015-11-01T14:27:10.378-08:002015-11-01T14:27:10.378-08:00Hello everyone!
